Grigory Bakunov (aka @bobuk), a coding fiend always keen to feel every new technology with his own two hands, has been behind Yandex’s core technologies since 2005. Grigory is a technology, startup and internet evangelist, and is an in-demand speaker at internet-related events and industry conferences. He is also the founder and anchorman at Radio-T (radio-t.com), a Russian-language podcast for tech geeks with 500,000 weekly listeners. Grigory is married to his iGadgets and his motorbike - and rarely sees his beard trimmer.

Alexey is a co-founder and CEO of Voximplant. He graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2008 majoring in Computer Systems and Networks (Department of Information Technologies and Control Systems). He became a co-founder and CEO of Zingaya in 2010, and took the same roles at Voximplant in 2013. Alexey knows the ins and outs of telephony, audio and video communication, messaging, chatbots and how to use these technologies to increase revenue. His areas of interest and expertise also include the future of technology, the international IT market, and company management.

For the past 5 years, Aleksey has been engaged in the development of docdoc.ru. During this period, he managed to grow the project from a startup to a market leader among online appointment services for commercial clinics. As Aleksey says about the DocDoc project: “Top specialists and modern approaches to management and development — these are the secret ingredients that helped us solve many difficult and pressing issues within the healthcare market. In my mind, automating the online appointment market for commercial clinics is our team’s greatest accomplishment and what I pride myself on.”

Alexander is in charge of the integration and implementation quality control at 1C-Bitrix, where he actively participates as an architect and developer in high-load and fault-tolerance projects. He graduated from Don State Technical University, in the Department of Automation and Information Technologies. He worked as a counselor at the Executive Office of the President of Russia for Southern Federal District until 2002 and developed the official Internet portal for the South-Western Bank of Sberbank of Russia. Alexander is into Unix philosophy, agile software development, and system analysis and design.

Emil Ivov is the Chief Video Architect at Atlassian, where he is responsible for designing RTC architectures and leading the company’s video service and engineering team. He is also the founder of the Jitsi project and the current project lead for the jitsi.org community. Emil earned his Ph.D. in computer science in 2008 at the University of Strasbourg. Additionally, he is an IETF contributor, responsible for the WebRTC extensions to ICE (trickle ICE) and other specifications including the CUSAX framework.

Technical Evangelist at Microsoft, popularizes modern technologies of software engineering among aspiring developers: pupils, students, and new startups. He’s a member of Russian Association for Artificial Intelligence and of F# Software Foundation. He’s Head of Computer Technologies Department at JUNIO-R children’s camp and Just Dilijan IT. He is an Assistant Professor and Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and conducts classes at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, National Research University Higher School of Economics, and Moscow Aviation Institute. He’s written such books as “Functional Programming in F#» and “Logic Programming Paradigm”, co-written books on Windows app development; he’s written over 60 scientific papers. In his free time he’s an avid electronics hobbyist and maker, enjoys techno magic and digital art, conducts Chinese gongfu tea ceremonies.

Since 2010, Igor has been engaged in the development of large regional banks, from FiaBank to El Bank. He was in charge of marketing and public relations while also developing Be!Five Branding Studio and Panda-Panda Delivery Service in Tolyatti. Since 2016, Igor has been working at Redmadrobot, where he is responsible for product development.

His career in software development started in the late 90s: first as a designer, then as a product development manager. He participated in developing such software products as Radmin and Advanced IP Scanner, promoted interactive television NPTV. He is now working as a technology evangelist of Voximplant — cloud platform for telephony and video conferencing. His main professional interests include arranging program development processes, development control, cross-platform development. He acts as a speaker at IT conferences and a mentor at hackathons.

Olga is in charge of the contact center of Otkritie Bank: she’s responsible for developing and expanding customer’s service lines and believes that processes are to be automated to such an extent that the customers would prefer to use them rather than call the contact center.

Anastasia started her career at Microsoft in 2011 in the Department of Marketing for Large and Medium-Sized Businesses. 5 years after, she started working with the tech audience as a supervisor of the Microsoft Innovation Promotion program. Over the past year, 12 projects, including Cognitive Services and Bot Framework, have been successfully implemented in Russia as part of this program.

Tsahi has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications, VoIP and 3G industries as an engineer, manager, marketer and CTO. He also has an MSc in Computer Science and an MBA degree specializing in Entrepreneurship and Strategy. An entrepreneur, analyst, and consultant, he helps companies match telecommunications technologies to business strategy. He also does independent consulting work with WebRTC, and is the co-founder and CEO at testRTC. Tsahi has been granted three patents related to 3G-324M and VoIP. He has been the chairman of various activity groups within the IMTC, an organization focusing on interoperability of multimedia communications. Additionally, he is the author and editor of bloggeek.me, which focuses on the ecosystem and business opportunities around WebRTC and CPaaS.

Fedor was born in 1989 in Vladivostok, graduated from Far Eastern Federal University with a major in Mathematics in 2011, and defended a Ph.D. thesis on Theoretical Foundations of Information Science in 2014. Since 2014, he has been working in the field of internet marketing and currently holds a senior product manager position at Calltouch. He has written more than 25 articles for national and foreign magazines and collected papers at various conferences. He is a speaker and a lecturer at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, actively involved in scientific research in the field of telecommunications. Currently, Fedor is engaged in the development of contextual advertising optimization techniques.

Anton has been engaged in sales for the past decade, half of which he has devoted to e-commerce. Before Jivo, Anton was a Sales Director working automated system technologies. The projects he participated in included an operational excellence service and technical solutions for parking lots, restaurants, and other facilities. In addition, Anton has been running his own digital store (offering sporting equipment and nutrition products) for the past couple years.

Co-founder and Development Director of Voximplant. In 2008 he graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Computer Systems, Complexes and Networks (Informatics And Control Systems Department). Prior to foundation of Zingaya and Voximplant used to work in “Svetets” (which specialized in developing IP telephony, IP PBX and IP Contact Center systems). Aleksandr started his career as a database programmer. Before joining “Electronic Cloud” he was in charge of “ProInt” Technical Department, improved his skills in training centers “SPECIALIST” affiliated with Moscow State Technical University named after N. E. Bauman, Hewlett-Packard, “Informzashchita”, “Academy of Networking LANIT”. His combined IT job experience is over 20 years. He is a speaker at profession-oriented events. He’s developed Rendall corporate messenger.

He’s a founder and CEO of VoxLink. Since 2009 he’s been specializing in implementation of Asterisk throughout Russia, his team has successfully launched 600 projects. He’s the author of Asterisk IP telephony course. He’s a host of AsterConf annual conference, which is yearly attended by some 400 participants from all over Russia and other countries. He is a speaker at profession-oriented events telling about benefits of IP telephony in all its manifestations for business.

Roman graduated from the Department of Applied Astronautics in 2012, completed a Master’s program in Social Science of Management in 2015, and continues scientific and research activities as a Ph.D. student at Lomonosov Moscow State University (in the Department of Innovation Economics). He is the CEO of ZenSolutions.ai, which develops artificial intelligence-based solutions. Roman has participated in the EORA, DisplAir, and Krechyet projects, worked as the data security specialist at Svyaz-Bank, and been the tracker of the IIDF absentee accelerator.

In 2012 Yaroslav launched ComfortWay project which is a MVNE platform supplying connection to dozens of providers all over the world. ComfortWay SIM cards and chipsets are installed in wearable and IoT devices by various manufacturers, and provide network coverage in 200 countries worldwide. ComfortWay is currently a prominent competitor of telecom market with sales offices in Europe, Russia and China. Before the project launch Yaroslav used to work with MTS PJSC as Head of Interactive Product Department.

In К50 Evgeniya is in charge of setting and customer support regarding the call tracking service К50:Tracker. She’s a public speaker at conferences and corporate training events and webinars of К50.

Vasily is an experienced product manager, with key accomplishments in high tech businesses. Vasily led the Project Management Department at Begun, which was the first company to present performance-based contextual advertising. He held a similar position at the sputnik.ru search engine. Additionally, he led the Development Department at auto.ru. While working on the portal, he launched an updated platform, a mobile app with the same name, and a brand-new static ad placement product.

In the course of several years of working in telecom industry Pavel provided international transit of voice traffic, created platforms supporting payment cards, virtual ATS, billing systems, designed and built up communication centers: mobile, national and international ones. In the past two years Pavel has been creating his own GSM network core and MVNE platform, with the help of which the customers can quickly become virtual communication providers.

After graduating from Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation he used to work in NIKFI Cinema and Photo Research Institute and “Aris pro”. In the latter company he was responsible for developing products Biamp Vocia and Bittner Audio, customer’s technical support. Since 2014 he’s been working in Hi-Tech Media: he used to supervise projects in the Integration Department, since 2016 he’s a brand manager and is in charge of developing such brands of audio equipment as Shure, Biamp, Yamaha.

Igor is a former full-stack developer who became disappointed with Scrum. Before he joined Voximplant, Igor was a co-founder and CTO at Appatbox Web Studio and Rocketcallback, and also participated in the development of three CRM systems. Currently, he develops the Voximplant WebSDK, keeps a Habrahabr blog, is into IoT, participates in social projects for the Takie Dela charity fund, and takes care of a small colony of plastic two-headed dinosaurs.

He’s spoken at such conferences as SPIC, RIW, Omniforum, iPlace, Online Advertising Day, writes columns for vc.ru, Cossa, Netology, Company Secret magazine. He started his career as a project manager in RooX. In 2011 he was in charge of investment sector in Technopark Ingria and secured $15M worth of investments for resident startups of the business incubator, he made up and conducted a course for startup leaders. Prior to founding messenger marketing platform TextBack.ru, he worked as Chief Operating Officer in eLama.ru.

As a child he wanted to become a cosmonaut, but went on to train as a programmer. After graduation he worked with an integrator company, which had been developing software for Mosenergosbyt. At Voximplant he got involved in backend of the eponymous platform and messaging. He’s interested in machine learning and karting.
